Hello, I'm sorry but in Florence don't exist any free parking. 50 metres from b&b there a big underground car parking that costs 20€/day and is the cheapest of Florence. In alternative peolple can parking in the street in the blu line and pay

Good morning, Rifredi is the station outside of city center. From this station, you should take a train to Santa Maria Novella (main station in city center) (4 minutes every 10 minutes). And we are 600 metres from Santa Maria Novella train station.

Good morning Ana, We don't have private parking. You should park your can on the street. Ours is one of the busiest streets in Florence, and they have never stolen anything from anyone. This is the best I can tell you. Niccolò

Very Good
The location is good, the tram station is right in front of the building and the train station also not to far to walk. The host Nicolo is a very nice person, who tries to help you with whatever you need and tries to give you the room you like. The first big reason to get a room here is the terasse obviously. The breakfast is some croasants, jams and crunchy bread in the plastics, which you get every day in your room. But you get what you pay.
One big minus: the room we had, had own door to terasse, which was great, but you can not half open the door or the windows, so we didn't have fresh air during night, cause we didn't feel like sleeping with whole open door, cause the terasse is shared with everyone.

Wonderful
Staff is very welcoming and kind. Terrace offers a beautiful view and relaxing escape from the busy city center. Rooms are clean and the AC was much appreciated after some unusually hot days in Florence. Tram is directly across the street and two stops away from the main square.
Our room had a single, angled step that led to a bathroom around the corner. Because of its awkward placement, this sudden step could easily be missed, especially at nighttime, and someone could easily get hurt. I'd recommend the staff draw more attention it somehow, either with a motion-sensored nightlight or additional carpeting. Otherwise, an excellent stay!

Nice stop over
Niccolo' gave us a very warm welcome and is very friendly and accommodating. Although small, the room is clean and comfortable with stocked mini bar items at reasonable pricing. The rooftop terrace is a great spot to sit and relax with a drink in the evenings and to have coffee and pasties in the morning. Close to tram with easy and quick access to both city centre and airport
There is not enough space to put large suitcases for international traveller's.
